Our seasonal seafood is noted as the market’s best – always fresh, line-caught and hand-selected. The Red King Crab is a prized menu item and guaranteed the best crab available on the market with each leg averaging one pound or more.
All our beef selections are USDA Prime – the highest level of grading based on the quality of marbling and aging, hand-selected and cut specifically for our guests, then broiled at over 1000° F, creating a caramelized crust that locks in the distinct flavor.
